Shipping rates

FREE UK shipping on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged a flat rate of £3.99. Your shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Dispatch times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after that, or at weekends, are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery times

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is dispatched, including tracking where available.

Delays, lost or damaged parcels

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days, or arrives damaged, email us at nutriscienceuk@gmail.com and we'll put it right.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly.
