What is Cholesterol & Circulation?

Cholesterol & Circulation is Nutri Science's flagship supplement. It combines 1,300mg of Beta vulgaris (beetroot) 10:1 extract per daily serving of two capsules with 400mg of plant sterols — two actives, one daily ritual. Formulated by Esah Dawood, Live Blood Analyst and Nutritionist at Vita Health Clinic. Made in the UK under GMP-certified conditions.

How do I take it?

Two capsules, once a day, taken with water. The same time each day works well — morning or evening, whichever fits your routine. No blending, no measuring, no complicated protocol.

What are plant sterols and what do they do?

Plant sterols are naturally-occurring compounds found in seeds, nuts, and vegetables. Each daily serving of Cholesterol & Circulation (two capsules) provides 400mg of plant sterols alongside 1,300mg of Beta vulgaris 10:1 extract (equivalent to 13,000mg of fresh beetroot).

When will I notice anything?

The actives in this formula are designed for long-term consistency, not short-term effects. Most people notice the routine first — it becomes easy to remember and easy to keep. Cholesterol & Circulation is manufactured at a family-owned UK facility with over sixty years of supplement production. The facility is GMP-certified, MHRA-overseen, non-GMO, and third-party tested for quality and purity.

Can I take it alongside my medication?

Please consult your GP or a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new supplement — especially if you are currently taking cholesterol-lowering medication (such as statins) or blood-pressure medication. This also applies if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or managing a diagnosed medical condition.

How long does UK delivery take?

Standard UK delivery is 2–5 working days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

How does the 60-day refund promise work?
