UK Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Standard delivery: 2–5 working days from dispatch
• Dispatch: Orders placed before 2 pm on a working day are typically dispatched the same day
• Tracking: You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information

Delivery is free on all orders over £30. A standard shipping charge applies to orders below this threshold.

International Orders

We do not currently ship outside the UK. If you are based overseas and would like to be notified when international shipping becomes available, please email us at nutriscienceuk@gmail.com.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.

How to return

1. Email us at nutriscienceuk@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order
2. Include your order number and a brief note explaining the reason for your return
3. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions

Refund terms

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return
• We cover return postage costs for faulty or incorrectly sent items
• For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage
• Opened products are eligible for return under our 60-day guarantee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at nutriscienceuk@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right promptly.
